Satanist and Satanic Magus Aleister Nacht announced today that he will retire from public life and social media in September 2020.
In a statement issued earlier today, Satanic Magus Aleister Nacht thanked his coven members, friends, and supporters for what he calls “an exciting and interesting public Satanic journey”. Nacht added “I have been very fortunate to have lived a long Satanic lifestyle in the public eye. It brought me into contact with so many like-minded Satanists around the world. It is now time to spend my twilight years enjoying retirement instead of on social media.”
When asked what the social landscape of Satanism will look like without his presence, Nacht said “Over the following ten months, I will continue to post messages and Satanic ‘sermons’ on my Patreon. I will also prepare those who have expressed interest in continuing the legacy of Satanism for their chosen roles. In September (sic 2020), I will decommission all of my social media outlets, including Patreon. My Dark Arts Forum will be transferred to current administrators and I will ‘fade into retirement”.

Nacht continues “All good and evil things must come to a close and ending my active participation in the social sphere will be a welcomed relief for me. There is so much misinformation and mindless chatter in the social realm, it is exhausting to maintain effective communication with the masses. I simple do not want to continue devoting so much time, energy, and effort to social media and public life.” When asked if he will continue writing books, Nacht replied “I do not plan to write any books in the future but….time will tell.”
When asked if he is leaving his beloved Satanic coven Magnum Opus, Nacht replied “The only way I will ever leave (sic the coven) is feet-first. I love our coven and look forward to spending more time with my brothers and sisters inside the circle. It (sic coven) continues to be my rock and Alma Mater. In the past, I sacrificed so much time with my coven members to fulfill my social obligations however, in September that will no longer be the case. After that time, Aleister Nacht will only exist on the pages of my books of the past.”

Death is always with us. Everyday we see death and the remnants in its wake. We mourn those we have known and even feel compassion for the families of those we did not. It is a fact of life which we will face alone sometime in the future. Our coven lost a member last week; a very close friend, brother, and Satanic Spirit. We will miss him tremendously as we of the twelve left behind grieve our loss; turn the page and continue to write the script of our lives – minus One…..Brother Ron. End of story, right? As Ron would have said; “Bullsh*t”!!!!!
If you are of the LaVeyan Satanism belief (or lack thereof), that is precisely the answer – the only answer, there can be. After all, there is no Satan, demons, etc. so how can there be an afterlife? For atheists, belief in the afterlife is as “believable” as Santa Clause……or Satan for that matter. When death finally arrives, the atheist believes……..nothing. Flesh and bone fall down and rot…..The End. For the true Satanist and Devil Worshipper, nothing could be further from the truth.
Energy is the force of all life. Creatingenergy, transferringenergy, depletingenergy, and replenishingenergy are the cornerstones of magic…..ALL magic. When the physical body ceases to be ‘powered’ by the life-force, it is vacated; the energy exits but the energy does not cease to exist. As practitioners of magic, dealing with energy on a daily basis, we know energy does not (can not) evaporate. Energy does not disappear. Energy finds a path allowing it to travel from here to there; from past to future; from high-to-low; and from positive to negative. This simply means it is mobileand totally free to be influenced by like-charges, different charges, and / or the fluidity of electrical currents or resistance and capacity. The overall amount of energy passing through the body begins to vacate during and after death however, that energy does not vanish just as the air remains electrically (magnetically) charged after a lightning strike from a thunderstorm.
Here’s an idea; let’s run energy through some magnets and see what it does to the human body. If you have had an MRI(magnetic resonance imaging) that is exactly what happened to you. The interaction of the magnets and energy, along with pulsing radio waves allows scanning and imaging of the body. Obviously you can not see this happening without the right equipment. The same is true for magic and while some call magical manipulation archaic in operation, it is just as powerful as the MRI machine in reality. The application of the higher Satanic processes is about honing and focusing the energy from magical operations while applying energy to the specific channel (pathway) by the practitioner to facilitate the desired outcome (result).
As with most batteries, a drain of energy is needed to keep the capacity to hold a charge. In other words, leaving your iPhone, laptop, etc. plugged in and charging all the time will cause the battery to no longer hold a charge. This means when you unplug the device, the battery will go dead within a few minutes (or quicker)………..then it is time for a new battery. You could throw the device in the garbage but why? It just needs a new sustainable source of energy, right?
When the physical body energy is depleted, the residual energy travels through the dimensional veil and occupies another form. We can’t see this happening because we are limited in perception to three dimensions as humans. As magical practitioners, you may have experienced an interaction with an energy form you once called mother, father, friend, familiar, principal, etc. Whothe energy once occupied in our spatial world is superfluous.
One day, I will cease to beAleister Nachtas a person however, I will alwaysbe the energy force of the past and the present. I will never see my Satanic Brother Ron again however, his energy exists just beyond the barrier in the universe I have never (nor will I ever) visit physically as a human being. I know the next time our coven calls upon those just beyond, we will all feel Ron; a very familiar source of Satanic energy.

Satan and Demon Existence

There are always skeptics and believers. Convincing either side to consider the other’s point of view is a very daunting task. Some beliefs are hardwired into our cognitive motherboard when we are children. Sometimes preconceived notions are so deeply engrained, no amount of deprogramming can come close to changing the mind of those who do not (and will never) open their minds to even a possibility that someone else may have a valid point of view.
In some cases, it is similar to a vast continuum of audio geometry; the way humans translate sonic angles and cadenced measures of tonal (tonality) scales and tuning. Belief is certainly a matter of personal preference: why are major chords in music pleasing to some people and minor chords just as pleasing to others?
At this point, you may ask “Why should I consider the belief that Satan and Demons truly exist?” or you may simply want to know what drug I am taking that makes a realist write about such an issue. No drug is involved, only my testimony which will be embraced by some and dismissed by others. The fact is, I have walked this ball of cosmic dust for over half a century and I do not plan to be here another 50 years. With the time I have, I feel a need to convey my experiences for those who will “consider”. The choice is yours……completely. First, let’s discuss human intelligence and why the human species is so cognitively unimpressive.
Look at your hands. Do you see anything? Bacteria lives on your hands and yet you cannot see the bacteria with the naked eye. (Some of you have more bacteria than others and I do not want to know what you have been doing with your hands.) The point is, up until the last half of the 1600s, humans did not know that bacteria existed because we did not possess the tools to confirm its existence. Prior to that visual revelation, the believer may have said “I always wash my hands before a meal” and the skeptic may have said “While I take a healthy dump, pass the fried chicken”. So, could the skeptic avoid the possibility of necrotizing fasciitis or vibrio cholerae by simply professing “Bacteria does not exist?” At one time, humans also believed the earth was flat. Go figure!
Ok, so what about radiation? The believer may want to avoid having daily lunches near an X-ray machine. By contrast, the skeptic may plan an exciting two-week camping trip to the Chernobyl Exclusion Zone. If a dose of 500 roentgens within an hour is lethal to a human, two weeks may be more “fun” than any human can withstand. So, could the skeptic avoid death by simply professing “I have never seen radiation, so radiation does not exist?”
How about the wind, wifi, microwaves, UHF radio waves, radar beams, or cellular phone waves? Personally, I have never seen a bluetooth radio wave, so are those folks with a bluetooth earbud just talking to themselves? (Sometimes I really do wonder.) I have never seen a UFO but I certainly will not claim they do not exist. As we discover new frontiers, who can say what will suddenly become a fact in the future? After all, we do not know what is on the deepest ocean floor of our own planet.
There is a duality of astral landscapes and planes. The energy separating our three human dimensions (which are very limited) from the other dimensions and the veil of energy which serves as a quasi-gateway which allows a practitioner of magic to look to the past and find the future. We were; we are; we shall be; leaving a magical trail of breadcrumbs for our future brothers and sisters to follow.
The spirit world is much the same way because of the limited capabilities of our senses and our environment. Only those who have magical capabilities can transverse that boundary and interact with those from beyond. What I am trying to say is be open-minded and just because a concept is new or outlandish, don’t be so fast to dismiss the concept which does not fit our limited environment. After all, one hundred years ago there was no such thing as a “blog”.

Tips for Satanic Rituals
In the hierarchy of Satanic magic, we find spirits and entities with different powers, attributes, and desires. Learning to navigate the celestial sphere is important for those who are new to Satanic ritual and magic. Over time, you will become acclimated to your surroundings however, you must understand the nature of your ritual surroundings and the rules of those surroundings.
Anyone who desires to master Satanic magical operations must understand the process takes practice. It is a sincere and deliberate investment in your future self which will allow you to reap the endless benefits of magical practice and Satanic ritual. Those who dabble in magic will never realize the achievement of their objectives. For this reason, you must continuously improve your practice, processes, and increase your knowledge by learning new methods to achieve your desired results. If perception is reality, then reality must be molded and formed to your will and desires. The desire of the dark-side is not always aligned with your desires. Through magical manipulation, you are able to formulate messages to allow your desires to be communicated and consistently met. This takes time and it is not an overnight process. None of the higher Satanic process are…………
The Satanic altar is a very sacred space for any practitioner. Whether you are a sole Satanic practitioner or in a Satanic coven, you’ll spend many hours at the altar perfecting your craft. For this reason, it is especially important to make your altar as comfortable and as enticing as possible. If you are a sole practitioner it may be beneficial to make the altar area a smaller space to fit like a glove. Having this cozy reinforcement will allow you to concentrate on the tasks at-hand as opposed to looking over your shoulder to see who has entered your lair. Using altar items (artifacts) from your past experiences is an excellent and effective way to silence cognitive dissonance while enticing your astral mind to move into higher realms.
If you are practicing Satanic rituals as a group, obviously you will need more room to facilitate adequate movement for the practitioners and depending upon the ritual you are performing, you may actually desire an outdoors setting as opposed to indoors. I find that being outside for certain Satanic rituals is stimulating and may improve the results dramatically however, you should use caution. If you are in an area that is not segregated and private, you should realize prying eyes will certainly observe your ritual. Some of your actions during a Satanic ritual may not be suitable for a public environment so always keep that in mind. Do not allow yourself to be placed into a compromising position in public.
There is no such thing as drive-through Satanic magic. In our consumer society, we often believe there is an easy way to do anything however, in the case of the Satanic magical operations, this is simply not true. Those who are successful in the magical arts and ritual practice are those who have invested heavily in their own cognitive improvement and have indeed mastered the desires of the heart.
There are only a few ways humans can to do this; one is by learning (education) and one is by personal experience. The personal experience is perhaps the most effective manner of improving one’s Satanic magical abilities. The fact is, what you experience (especially when it is vivid) is what you retain and are able to articulate to a point of possible mastery in the future. Sure, you can read a book and the book may explain how to perform a certain task however, the problem with that particular method is you must baseline your experience against some “standard”. When you have a personal experience, you can draw upon that experience in the future and ultimately formulate your own conclusions for different Satanic ritual situations.

You can be very successful practicing Satanic rituals. It takes dedication of time, energy, and practice which allows you to be successful applying the higher Satanic processes and receiving the desired results from Satanic rituals. A very happy Black Friday to everyone! It is good to be writing my blog again. Thank you for taking the time to read my innermost thoughts.
There was a question on our Dark Arts forum recently which I thought would be a good topic to expand upon. The question was concerning the importance of “casting the circle” during a Satanic (or any other) ritual. This is a concept that divides many practitioners and baffles many acolytes so I thought I would provide some thoughts along those lines. For those who deny the existence of Satan and demons, you can return to whatever you normally do when bored.
In the realm of magical operations and processes, many practitioners call upon celestial beings to assist with a positive outcome of the working. At a very elementary level, this is akin to asking an old friend for help with a task which you are unable to complete on your own. You can simply use your telephone (symbolic to a process) and call the one with strength, expertise, knowledge, etc. to lend a hand. But what happens when you mis-dial and end up connected to the wrong contact? Herein lies the problem and the solution is the circle.
I am sure no-one reading this post remembers the old telephone “party line” (no, not $0.99 per minute) which was a communal phone line people shared with one another. Before making a call, you had to pickup the handset and listen to know if some else was using the line. If you heard a conversation, you simply hung up and made your call later. If this were used today, we would have a multitude of people going “bat shit” waiting to make their call.
Now, imagine you are making a call (magically) to a familiar demon / spirit but while calling, another demon / spirit listens in on the call and responds instead. Since you can’t just magically hang up, there must be a ‘protection mechanism’ used or you will end up releasing an entity which you are unable to “put back into the bottle”, metaphorically speaking. There is nothing like an obnoxious, belligerent, uninvited visitor to put a big wrinkle in the fabric of your ritual. The same fun can be had while someone hits you in the head with a mace, but that is a topic for another blog post.
The Circle is that protection mechanism. It helps to contain the entity as it first appears and you can symbolically “pull the plug” before full manifestation. Be aware, once an entity has fully manifested in our physical dimension, you may not be strong enough (spiritually, magically, or cognitively) to control the uninvited guest. Symbolically, one foot here and one there places the entity at a serious disadvantage however, once firmly here in our reality, it may be beyond your capability to control.
Another piece to this magical puzzle is an assumption made by many: Manifestation = physical, flesh, bone, goo, etc. Let’s look closer at this and sort it into categories. The fist category is Dimensional – this is limited to the 3 dimensions that we, as humans, are capable of perceiving through one or more of our senses. Dimensional manifestation is one which we perceive through an experience in a physical manner. This may be a temperature, image, sound, feeling, etc.
The second category is Metaphysical – this is neither limited by dimensions nor by perceptions. Metaphysical manifestation of a demon / spirit is “of the mind”. This often occurs on the astral plane during a ritual or during meditation. Just to really confuse the novice, there is also Dimensional / Metaphysical manifestations also, such as possession of the host’s body and mind concurrently. This is also a subject for another blog post. 
While we are on this subject, let me explain Astral Presence. This is probably the most common form of quasi-manifestation for beginners in the dark arts. Astral Presence is the close proximity of an entity to the human yet the entity remains firmly on the other side of the veil. This is similar to feeling someone watching you when no-one is there; you feel like someone is in the room with you, or some experience someone (or something) “walking across their grave“; not a touch per se but a shiver up the spine. In my experience, these are brief and wonderful interludes which are calming and warming – but that’s just me.
My advice: Always cast a circle. You will be glad you did.
